Simply top👍. On the way through we looked for a quaint, traditional restaurant with home-style cooking and became aware of the inn through the reviews on the internet. Our expectations were exceeded: very friendly welcome from the head of the house (the dog was also welcome), courteous and fast service and delicious food. We'd love to come back.

Must visit for every vacationer. The knuckle is highly recommended. Attention: the knuckle MUST be ordered 6 hours in advance. Great atmosphere and very friendly service, the Francie is just great. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is great. We sat in the beer garden right by the restaurant. You can park behind the restaurant or across the street in a general parking lot. We will be back definitely.

We were guests of the restaurant and were won over by the friendliness of the staff (even in the challenging times of Corona) and the food! We were only in Oberaudorf for two days and already decided on the first evening to also eat at the Alpenrose on the second evening.

Very nice, quaint Bavarian inn. The pork neck roast was very tasty, coleslaw roughly cut and dry. Operation correct and quick.

Great, hearty tasty food (the pork knuckle is a dream!), Hospitality 1a, waiters and the boss are very friendly, atmosphere very attractive, nice beer garden, beers excellent ... All three evenings in the Alpenrose were all around, we Definitely will be back, despite 400 km journey!

Simply the best meal we have had in a long time. Great service and excellent value for money. Couldn't ask for better. If you want to go.....please make a reservation or you may not get a table. As a bonus the Weissbier and Kellerbier are straight from the barrel and both lovely.

Delicious food and very friendly service! The boss came over twice to ask if everything fits, we found that very attentive! We also found it very positive that in addition to the traditional Bavarian dishes, there was also a vegan dish! Keep it up :)

As a guest you feel in good hands here. The service shows full dedication to every need. The knuckle must be pre-ordered, looked at the neighboring table but incredibly juicy and delicious. Our food was also highly recommended. The menu is a little tight, but the dishes are typical of Bavaria and very tasty. The ambience with the open fireplace invites you to linger longer. Dogs are allowed and are also warmly welcomed. We will gladly come again

Good food, menu in English if required. Very pleasant staff and the toilets were spotless. Resident cat as well!
